Daily Habits: 25–35 minutes of training, 100+ oz water, protein every meal, 2 minutes controlled breathing, walk on rest days, no zero days — Lions show up. Nutrition Guidelines: Protein: 0.8–1g per lb bodyweight, Hydration: 100–120 oz/day, Meals: 3–4 balanced meals/day, Pre-workout carbs recommended: oats, rice, fruit. Reduce late-night snacking to improve energy. Weekly Structure: Week 1: Control & Form — Master movement. Week 2: Strength Patterns — Push, Pull, Squat, Hinge. Week 3: Power & Drive — Build force.
